RESERVATION POLICIES:

To reserve you space at the event there is a non-refundable deposit due of $497 at the time of sign up. The remaining portion of your ticket price due date will be negotiated with you at the time of sign up. If for some reason you are unable to complete your full payment by the date given, we reserve the right to give your space to someone else. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All ticket sales are non-refundable. We understand life happens and plans change, so any ticket sales or deposits you make will be applied to future events if for any reason you are unable to attend the event you signed up for. 

CHECK-IN:

Upon sign up you will receive a confirmation email outlining all event details. You will also be added to a Facebook group where these details and more; including pre-event challenges and group discussions take place to get you geared up and ready for the event!

FACILITIES:

We will be using RISE as our event location. A glamping experience complete with beds, shared bathrooms, and a restaurant that sources organic fruits and veggies from the property. 

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

A contract will be sent out attached to your confirmation email where you can not your medical and dietary needs.
